Application & field conditions
Cold rooms, refrigerated vehicles and pharmaceutical logistics need traceability across repeated temperature changes. H61 operates from −20°C to +55°C; H81, H72 and H101 operate from −31°C to +61°C. Select a model whose operating limits cover the worksite. Condensation, gloves and battery behaviour should be evaluated on the actual route.

Workflow & integration scope
Connect the mobile terminal to the WMS and approved temperature sensors. Validate sensor accuracy, alert delivery and calibration separately from terminal operating temperature. Confirm cold-soak runtime, scanning and recovery; charging limits differ from operating limits.
Pilot acceptance checklist
• Complete an end-to-end task using real assets, labels, forms and routes.
• Record task success, completion time, error recovery, connectivity and full-shift power.
• IT verifies model/version GMS / Android AER evidence, EMM and application policy; procurement confirms eligibility under the 1-year replacement, 3-year warranty and 9-year after-sales policy.
