Open the asset history, consult drawings, connect approved diagnostic peripherals, record repair evidence and close the work order. Confirm interfaces with the MES, EAM or CMMS.
Validate the complete toolchain
Confirm OS, drivers, USB/serial interfaces, power and mounting. If a diagnostic tool requires Windows, verify the platform rather than assuming Android compatibility.
Shift handover & lifecycle service
Review gloves, cleaning, spare devices and repair arrangements, and prove the workflow on a real work order.
