What is the operating-temperature scope?
H81, H72 and H101 operate from −31°C to +61°C. H61 has a separate operating range of −20°C to +55°C. W105 and K-SMART have separate specifications. Charging, condensation, accessories and ATEX-certified variants require their own environmental review.
How are GMS, AER and ATEX verified?
Google GMS certification and Android Enterprise Recommended support concern the selected Android model and software configuration. ATEX applies only to the exact model/variant, marking and conditions stated in the relevant certificate. H81 and W105 model-specific ATEX files are available in the support library; other models require their own applicable documentation.
What support can a project plan around?
HUGEROCK provides a 1-year replacement, 3-year warranty and 9-year after-sales commitment under the applicable service policy. Years 4–9 are paid repair. Hardware service duration is distinct from Android upgrades and security maintenance.
